We sell bedding products directly to consumers. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free—if we discover an error, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel or adjust your order.

These terms apply to all orders placed through our website. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable sales tax based on your shipping address. We accept major credit cards and payment methods as shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order, and we do not store your full payment information on our servers.

We reserve the right to change prices for products at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and processed.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

When you place an order, you receive an email confirmation that we have received your order. This does not mean we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or discontinuation
  • Pricing errors or technical glitches
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or payment verification issues
  • Shipping restrictions or address verification failures

If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Product Information and Accuracy

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and materials as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. Dimensions and weights are approximate and provided for reference.

If you receive a product that does not match its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a return or replacement under our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship all orders from US warehouses. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation, but they are not guaranteed. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to our return process, including the 30-day return window, condition requirements, and return shipping responsibilities.

Warranty and Disclaimers

We stand behind the quality of our bedding. If a product has a manufacturing defect that appears within 12 months of purchase, we will replace it or refund your purchase price, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper care (such as washing with bleach or excessive heat), or accidental damage.

Except as expressly stated, our products are provided “as is” without any other warranties, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halllky and its staff are not liable for:
